Karahi Gosht is something that we cannot say no to and so should you. We love our chicken Karahi with chapati and also sometimes with rice. With all that meat that will be in the freezer, we will utilise that to make Karahi Gosht.
The good thing is that it’s easy to make and it will only take 20 minutes and voila you are ready to serve. For this dish, take in your chicken and make it in your karahi with cream, water, and spices and leave that for a few minutes and there you go!

Who said that we can only have Nihari at breakfast? Nihari is a staple dish that is loved by millions and like so many of us we like it on Eid as well. A slow-cooked stew originating from the Indian sub-continent, typically made with beef and meat. It is best served with naan but we love it with Chapaati as well.
To make it you first need to prepare the masala of Nihari, then go on to assemble the spices and cook it in a large pan.
