PDM Leaders Decide To Form Unity
Ever since 2022, we have seen PDM, which has been in the news most of the time. The PDM Leaders was an alliance of various governments that merged so that they could oppose one single party, which was the PTI.
The Rise Of PDM Leaders
PDM Leaders got into the spotlight when different political parties, including PPP, PML-N, and JUI-F, all allied together so that they could overturn and overrule the single most popular party, which was PTI. This alliance was started before 2022, and since then, the PDM alliance has gone ahead to campaign against the present government at that time, which was ruled by the PTI. The Imran Khan-led government was constantly criticized by these people. And then, after much effort, they were successful in ousting Imran Khan. They ousted him from the president’s office and his office based on high inflation and unemployment.

The PDM-led government was short-lived, but its decisions are timeless and will continue to haunt the nation for many years to come. PDM government was unable to tackle the democracy and economy of the country. The country faced a massive surge in the prices of necessities, furthermore, inflation went to an all-time high. These were just some of the very few things that were experienced by the people of the country. With so much uncertainty and so much instability, the people of the country went totally against the PDM-led movement. It was in these elections that the masses went ahead and voted for PTI.
PDM Renews Coalition
After the result that has for now unfolded in support of PTI, PDM has once again come into the spotlight. Renewing the PDM leaders coalition in a bid to form a government, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Head Asif Ali Zardari said on Tuesday that he and other political leaders have decided to form a government together.
They also invite PTI to become part of the reconciliation process. It is also worth mentioning that the PTI chief has dismissed any notion of an alliance with either PML-N, PPP or MQM-P. They were instructed by the secretariat of information to gather all the political parties.
Except three to raise their voices against the alleged rigging. MQM representatives, PPP, and PML-N were also present there. Zardari said, “We should collaborate to support Mian Nawaz Sharif and other associates for the success of Pakistan. And its people, and uplift them from poverty. Shahbaz Sharif announced that Maryam Nawaz will be the party’s candidate for the Punjab Chief Minister position.
