Shane Watson Likely to Be Pakistan’s New Head Coach Lahore
According to reliable sources on Wednesday, former Australia all-rounder Shane Watson has shown himself to be a serious contender for the position of Shane Watson Pakistan’s new coach of the Pakistan national men’s cricket team. As of right now, the 42-year-old is the head coach of the Quetta Gladiators in the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, Daren Sammy and Mike Hesson are also in the running for the coaching position. In the current PSL, Islamabad United is being coached by Hesson, while Sammy is leading Peshawar Zalmi. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is currently considering Sir Vivian Richards for a mentorship position.
